  • 2 1/2 cups of bread crumbs

  • 4 to 5 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1/3 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 of finely chopped bell pepper
  • 3 tables poon of water or as much as needed

Using a knife which is straight and long, cut the pork which is in a spiral position lengthwise along the side. You will cut every portion of the meat until there is nothing left to cut. You shout cut the meat as thinly as possible for you to easily roll the meat. Now, stuff the pork with the ingredients above and roll it in a jelly style.   • 12 ounce of pork tenderloin which is seasoned with pepper, salt and thyme that is dried 1 tablespoon of butter 1/4 cup of pure maple syrup and add one tablespoon
  • 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise

Now, cook the meat into the oven in a three hundred seventy-five degrees fahrenheit. You can cook it for six to eight minutes maximum. In a bowl you must mix the apple cider vinegar, 1/4 cup of maple syrup and two tablespoon of mustard. Add this mixture to the pork in a medium heat until the sauce in lessen in half. After cooking, you should let the pork to stand first before you slice it. Then combine it with two tablespoon mustard, one tablespoon of maple syrup and mayonnaise.
